- I prioritize harmony and have a low tolerance for unhealthy conflict (i.e. I may need explicit permission to speak candidly about something if it has the potential to hurt someone's feelings or result in conflict).

Design Skill Distribution
My strong suits are UX/UI, have been advancing my skills more recently in Service Design & UX Research, am in the process of learning frontend dev (I coded this website), and I have intermediate knowledge of both accessibility and content strategy but haven't had the opportunity to flex those skills in depth.

The discovery that design is so much more than making things look 'pretty' or believing that only 'creative' people can be designers was a significant realization for me. These narrow views of design contrasted sharply with the analytical and structured mindset my parents instilled in me, which was further cultivated by my finance education. From the moment I entered the design world, it has consistently confirmed that my natural inclinations are well-suited to this field.
